“I love the idea of working for a private practice where the doctors and medical staff actually get to make decisions about what’s best for their pediatric patients, rather than a large hospital system where most decisions are made by a hospital administrator. Something else that really stood out about the practice was a video I came across on their Facebook page where all of the doctors were competing in one of those silly “minute to win it” type challenges. I noticed every single doctor was participating. No one was too embarrassed or afraid to be silly in front of their colleagues.
