Ilene received her undergraduate degree from the University of Kansas in 1998 and continued her studies to earn her Masters of Education in Mental Health Counseling in 2003.  Ilene has worked as a child development expert in this community for over 20 years.  She has held a variety of positions such as home visitor, early childhood center consultant, and a social skills and parent support group leader.  Ilene has also been doing outpatient therapy with children under the age of twelve for the past six years.
