Scheduling An Appointment
To help provide timely service to our patients, we prefer to schedule all visits. If you are later than 10 minutes for your appointment, we will try to work you back into the schedule, or perhaps offer an appointment to you with another provider.
Out of courtesy to our other patients, we may be forced to ask you to reschedule your appointment.
All visits require an appointment except in the case of an emergency. Unfortunately, we are unable to see your child if you walk in without an appointment. We will ask you to return later in the day when the schedule allows.
We make every effort to schedule appointments for ill children on the day that you call us. Please call our office ahead of time so that we can minimize the time that you will spend waiting.
If you have a medical emergency during office hours, we will do our best to see your child immediately or refer you to the appropriate facility.
SCHEDULING AN APPOINTMENT FOR A ROUTINE WELL VISIT
Call our office at 336-574-4280 or CLICK HERE to request an appointment for a routine well visit. Please contact our office 1-3 months/ 6-8 weeks in advance to schedule your child’s routine well check . If you are unsure of when the next well check for your child is due, please call our office and we will be happy to assist you.
We recommend parents schedule their child’s next well check appointment before they leave the office.
If you are unable to keep a scheduled appointment, please call our office as soon as possible to cancel so we may use the time to treat other patients. If you do not cancel and do not keep an existing appointment three times, you will be asked to find another pediatric practice. If you are late for a scheduled well check visit appointment, you may be asked to reschedule.
Patients who walk in with a non-emergency condition will be fit into the existing schedule as best as possible, or they will be asked to return later in the day when the schedule allows.
