Our providers use the Ages and Stages Questionnaire (ASQ) for developmental and social-emotional screening at well child checks. In addition, the Modified Checklist for Autism in Toddlers (MCHAT) is used at the 18-month and 2-year well checks to screen for risk of an Autistic Spectrum Disorder.
